The Problem With Campus Ticketing
What is your current university event management system actually costing you?
Every ticket takes a percentage off your revenue
Every time you sell a ticket for graduation events, alumni meetups, and fests, a percentage is deducted. Ticketing platforms built on commission models take a cut of your profits.
Annual subscription charges, whether you run events or not
If you buy an annual subscription to a university event management system, you end up overpaying for a platform that is barely used during semester breaks and exam periods.
Recurring events should be easy to replicate year after year
Every college year sees graduation, fests, sports tournaments, and other events. Without event and ticket design cloning, starting from scratch becomes an annual hassle.
No single tool covers the full range of university needs
A registration page designed for conferences won’t work for convocation. Most platforms force event teams to rely on additional tools or pay enterprise prices for unnecessary features.
One university event management system across all university events
Keep 100% of conference and event registration revenue

Design tickets that reflect each event’s identity

Manage gate entry in seconds across every campus venue

Run invitation-only events without a public registration page

Promote events in bulk, control exactly who attends

Clone recurring events without rebuilding from scratch

Export attendance data your departments can actually use

Collecting money was difficult since payment options weren't supported here in Türkiye. The Ticket Validator app gave us proper ticket evaluation for around 250 tickets. The system saved us days and days of effort, and we'll definitely use it for International Day 2027!

Frequently asked questions
Key questions universities ask about event management software
Ticket Generator uses a credit-based pricing model where one credit generates one ticket. Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. They carry forward indefinitely until used. A university purchasing a credit pack for a major conference retains the unused balance for the next orientation, alumni event, or career fair without any additional cost or subscription between events.
Each department or office can create events either directly within a shared account or in separate accounts. However, only 1 admin per account can generate tickets. Coordinators can be added to the event using Ticket Generator to validate tickets at the entry gate, so different university departments can operate independently.
Ticket Generator supports multi-day events natively. A ticket generated for a multi-day event resets at midnight each day, so the same QR Code grants valid entry on each day of the event without reissuing tickets. For events where different people attend on different days (e.g., faculty-by-faculty convocation sessions), separate ticket categories with independent capacity limits handle the split cleanly.
Ticket Generator's box office feature lets you run physical counters and online sales simultaneously from the same account, with inventory syncing in real time across both channels. Staff assigned as box office agents can sell tickets at on-site counters while online registrations continue in parallel. Every counter sale instantly updates available inventory, making it impossible to oversell a venue. For universities, this is particularly useful for career fair walk-ins, campus fest gate entry, and athletics match days where a portion of the seats is held for walk-ups while the rest sells online in advance.
Using Ticket Generator's dashboard, you can resend the original ticket to the attendee's email, SMS, or WhatsApp in seconds. The original QR Code remains valid and unchanged; there's no need to generate a new ticket or spend additional credits. If a ticket needs to be permanently revoked (e.g., a student withdraws from a program), it can be deactivated from the dashboard so the QR Code returns an 'Invalid' at the gate.
The university owns all attendee data collected through its events. Ticket Generator stores registration data securely under ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR guidelines, but the data is accessible only to the account holder and is never sold or shared with third parties. Organizers can export the full attendee dataset at any time as a spreadsheet. Ticket Generator has no claim to, and makes no use of, the personal information your registrants submit.
